hmm... okay. My friend said I got this kinda disorder. When she saw my study table pics posted on fb. So I went to search about OCD on google and read a few article regarding this disorder. Hmm...... disorder..hahahaha...

As Clear as water

It's seems like yesterday.

Where's everything seems so clear and fresh.

Where I sit alone and look back,

It's just like watching a movie backward in HD.

It's as clear as the water,

Where I still can look clearly and deep down inside,

Where I still can feel deep down inside my heart that made of flesh.

Memories that I can't forget

even I try to forget.

Tears falls as I look back,

Smiles and joyful laugh comes out as I look back,

Too many, too many precious memories that only my heart can keep it for long.

And shall follow me now and forever.

休息。我能吗？

前几天到诊所验血，由于咳嗽了有一个多月还未痊愈，医生说还是验血来看看到底什么问题。还要照x-ray 来看看我的肺。被咳嗽纠缠了一个多月，体能也渐渐衰退。论速度，体力完全都不如当初。老实说，2011年，算是我在UPM RUGBY 最顶间的状态。 几乎每场都在第一阵线，当然有时还会被遗忘。哈哈哈！没关系。但，我还是有那么一点的本事代表Putrajaya, 进入National 7's。

验血报告和x-ray证实了我受到细菌感染。教练得知后，便叫我休息。也叫我打消二月去Bangkok 比赛的念头。内心，难免有点难过。难道，真的要停下吗？我曾经放下Rugby。一放，我就放下所有，要开始又要从零开始。今天到了这level,我是付出多么大的努力。

My performance

Hahahaha...got the Westcoast Eagle rugby ball, signed by Philip Matera....for christmas..

I love rugby. I always aim for a the best in this sport. Is my passion. Each time, I really struggle with all my might to catch up with the best one. I do whatever I can. But my performance, is always not consistence. At certain time, I play hard, I create opportunity, I score, I outrun the fastest....so many things I did. But at certain time, I'm blur, I lose the energy to run, I can't see and barely read the pattern play and game plan. Without consistence performance, I won't be anywhere. Really tired of myself.

No one is Nothing and Nobody....... Just the matter of time. Although sometimes we might put all the effort into it and things doesn't workout well, but it's okay. Most important is never ever stop. Cheers guys....hahaha.. one day all of us will soar like an eagle...

A joyful weekend indeed. Thanks to Persatuan Ragbi Putrajaya and Putrajaya Scorpion Rugby Club for the opportunity to represent Putrajaya for National 7's 2011. Although facing a knock out knee and sprain ankle yet still got the chance to represent and played in most of the game. Thanks to you all. For the support and encouragement manage to overcome the pain and focus just on the game.

Deeply, as a player I really felt sorry for not be able to bring back a medal and a trophy for Putrajaya. We are so close to become the Bowl Champion sorry that we couldn't make it. But one thing that I will always be sure and remember is "Smile and be proud even you are losing. Cause you lose with honor." Coach, thanks for the encouragement. Thanks for the promise that we can always come back to Putrajaya and play for Putrajaya whenever we want. Thanks coach. I believe we will meet again.

Cough and Flu

Cough and flu. I hate you. Medicine only makes me feel more irritated and more sleepy. Slowing everything down. Today is the final selection for National 7's Rugby. Really hope that I will be part of the team. Hopefully will get through it today. Cause I wanna play this Saturday and Sunday. By the way, I really wanted to thanks Putrajaya Scorpions Rugby Club for giving me the opportunity to join the selections. Now what I hope is I'm fit for it.
